Lease and deal documents that hold up in diligence.

The documents behind leasing, buying, financing and building out commercial property. We review and draft leases, purchase agreements, estoppels and owner-side construction contracts for landlords, tenants, buyers and developers. Where the answer depends on the state or the facts, we say so.

Real Estate questions

Both, and buyers or sellers, but never two sides of the same deal. We confirm who we represent before we start.

We review and negotiate the deal documents, including title and survey objections in a purchase agreement. Title insurance and the closing itself run through a title company or escrow agent, and we coordinate with them.

Every matter is a flat fee, quoted before we start. The quote reflects the document, the property type and how much negotiation is expected.
