Consumer finance rules shape what your account agreement, fee disclosures and even your app copy can say. We draft customer-facing documents with Reg E, UDAAP and your bank's requirements in view, in language your users can follow. The work is attorney-led and priced as a flat fee, quoted before we start.

Regulatory-Aware Drafting: questions founders ask
UDAAP refers to unfair, deceptive or abusive acts or practices, a standard enforced in consumer finance by the CFPB and others. It applies to marketing, disclosures and product design, not just contracts. Clear, accurate copy is the main defense.
Regulation E generally covers electronic fund transfers to and from consumer accounts, which can include many wallets, cards and payment apps. Whether it applies, and which parts, depends on the product structure and who holds the account. Your bank will usually require Reg E-consistent terms either way.
Often the bank provides a base form, and you customize it for your product. The customization is where mismatches tend to appear. We align the form with how your product really works.
No. We draft and review the documents and copy you provide, and we flag regulatory questions they raise. A full compliance program review or audit is a separate exercise, typically involving your bank and compliance specialists.
